Things to keep in mind before your first Yoga Session

Make Sure to carry your essentials

Prepare ahead and make sure to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel to ensure comfort during the class. If you don’t have any of these readily available – please inform your instructor.

Wear Comfortable Clothes

No need for fancy brands and expensive clothes. Just wear clothing that is comfortable and breathable, and that allows you to move freely. Certain movements may be difficult if your clothing is too tight or too loose.

Maintain The Decorum of the classes

Yoga is a mindful process that must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free environment. Make sure to maintain discipline in the classes and follow your instructor at each step.

Try to show up early

It would be great if you would arrive prior to class timings. This will allow you to set up your mat and become acquainted with the surroundings. It will also help you to get over any pre-class nervousness.

Always Listen To Your Body

Don’t push yourself too hard on the first day. Enhancing flexibility, strength and resilience is a time taking process. Allow yourself to advance at a slow pace, respecting your body’s limits.
