Hydration and Nutrition

Zumba classes can be energetic and intensive, so it’s essential to stay hydrated before, during, and after the session. Always bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated throughout the Zumba class. In order to maintain your energy levels, try eating a light lunch or snack before the session.

Wear a Comfortable Attire

Prefer wearing comfortable and a little loose clothes during your Zumba session. This will make sure that you can easily move your body and your range of motion is not hindered due to your clothes. Pick supportive shoes with enough padding and stability to help you make those dancing moves.

Always Listen to Your Body
